Patty Oster (nee Schwerdt) spent her childhood summers in Southold with her parents Harold and Loretta. Appreciating the beauty of the North Fork, Patty left her ten-year career, as a Senior Pricing Analyst for a division of the Perkin-Elmer Corporation, and moved from Nassau County to Southold with her husband, Nick, to raise their two children. Having lived the last eighteen years on the North Fork, Patty is familiar with the schools, demographics, houses of worship, town parks, beaches, and community events.
