Joe is a native of Long Island, having lived with his wife Janice and their two children in several areas on the North Shore.  Joe has a Bachelors Degree in accounting from Fordham University and an MBA from C.W.Post.

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Joe's career spanned 30 years with  Fortune 500 company in the financial service industry.
